Googles: "cancel teachable coaching subscription for client"
We had a student that decided to pay us in full instead of finishing the monthly payments. So what we did instead was cancel her enrolment and bill her directly. Everything seemed to work out, but the next month, we got hit with an email from Teachable letting us know...
The payment didn't go through
But uhm, we cancelled that?! So investigation goes again and what we didn't do was go into her student account > purchases. From there, simply click on "end subscription" and you're all done. Phew!
